The Commission: to work with local young people to design and create a contemporary and durable landmark to replace the existing (vandalised) brick archway.

Special about this project: The initiative for this project came from young people in the area despondent about the condition of the existing brick structure and enthusiastic enough to do something about it to mark the millennium.
